2Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
  • Be returned in good condition
  • Include original packaging when possible
  • Have valid proof of purchase or order number
3Hygiene & Personal Care Notice
Because SkinFee™ products are personal care items, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4How to Start a Return
Email us at support@skinfee.com and include:
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • A short explanation of the issue or reason
  • Photos or video if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
For faster review, include a clear photo of the shipping label and packaging.
5Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly
6Exchanges
We replace items only if they are damaged or defective. Contact us with your order number and supporting photos/video, and our team will help with the next step.
