Always follow the instructions included with your specific device model. If anything here differs from the product manual, the manual takes priority.
1) Shave & precision devices — Shave Pro, Celé, Luna
  • Use only on clean skin and follow the intended use of your model.
  • Start gently, especially on facial or sensitive areas.
  • Do not use on broken, irritated, infected, or actively inflamed skin.
  • For wet use, confirm your model supports it before shower use or rinsing.
  • Stop use if strong discomfort, irritation, or unusual sensitivity occurs.
2) IPL devices — Glowé & Bloom
  • Perform a patch test 24 hours before full treatment.
  • Use only on suitable treatment areas and avoid the eye / eyebrow region.
  • Do not use on tattoos, large moles, permanent makeup, broken skin, or open wounds.
  • Use consistent sessions as guided in your device instructions.
  • If a session feels too intense, stop and lower the setting next time if your model supports adjustment.
Do not use IPL devices if you:
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have a history of skin cancer or suspicious lesions
  • Have epilepsy or light-triggered seizures
  • Use photosensitizing medication
  • Have a known skin condition without medical approval
IPL results vary by skin tone, hair color, and routine consistency. Always follow the suitability guidance included with your device.
3) Sun exposure, tanning & IPL timing
  • Avoid IPL on recently sunburned skin.
  • Avoid self-tanner before treatment and wait until it has fully faded according to guidance.
  • Use SPF on treated areas when exposed to sunlight.
  • Avoid intense sun exposure after IPL sessions.
4) Prep & exfoliation — Vex
  • Use exfoliation gently and do not over-scrub sensitive or compromised skin.
  • Avoid use on freshly irritated, broken, or inflamed skin.
  • Do not combine aggressive exfoliation with irritated post-treatment skin.
  • Let your skin settle if it feels overly sensitive after hair removal.
5) Hydration & aftercare — Veilé
  • Use only as directed and discontinue if irritation occurs.
  • Avoid use on damaged skin unless the product instructions specifically allow it.
  • Store in a cool, dry place and use according to packaging guidance.
6) Charging, cleaning & electrical safety
  • Use only the original charging cable or approved charging accessories for your model.
  • Do not charge near water unless the product guidance explicitly allows safe conditions.
  • Do not use a damaged device or damaged cable.
  • Clean the device only according to its product instructions.
7) Skin sensitivity & when to stop
Mild redness can happen after some beauty routines and often fades on its own.

If you experience severe irritation, blistering, prolonged discomfort, or a reaction that feels unusual, stop using the product and consult a qualified medical professional.
