1Warranty Coverage
We offer a 3-Month Limited Warranty on eligible devices purchased directly from www.skinfee.com.
  • Covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Warranty begins from the delivery date.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
2What’s Included
  • Device not powering on due to an internal defect
  • Charging issues caused by a factory defect
  • Buttons not functioning properly
3What’s Not Covered
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or accidents
  • Liquid damage (unless the product is explicitly rated for water resistance)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
4How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Email us at support@skinfee.com and include:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photo or video showing the problem
For faster processing, include a photo of the shipping label and product packaging.
5Resolution Options
If the claim is approved, we may offer:
  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Store credit or refund (limited cases)
The resolution offered depends on the product, issue type, and stock availability.
6Shipping for Claims
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, replacement shipping may be covered by SkinFee™.
  • If the issue is not covered (misuse or accidental damage), return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Please follow product instructions carefully.
