1Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. During promotions or peak seasons, processing may take a bit longer.
2Shipping Rates
UNITED STATES & CANADA: We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders.

EUROPEAN UNION (EU): Standard Shipping is €5.90. FREE Standard Shipping on orders over €60.

The exact shipping cost and delivery estimate will be shown at checkout based on your address.
3Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, or local conditions.

United States 🚚 2–5 business days Fast local shipping from our U.S. warehouse.
Canada 🚚 2–5 business days Fast standard shipping with tracking.
Europe (EU) 🚚 5–12 business days Standard shipping. Customs may add time.
Worldwide 🚚 5–12 business days Rates shown at checkout. Local delivery may vary.
Tracking updates may pause during carrier scans or customs checks. This is normal and usually resolves within 24–48 hours.
4Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if available. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch. You can also use our Track My Order page anytime.
5Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
6Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.
7Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive the package:
  • Check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building reception.
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  • If you still can’t locate it, email us at support@skinfee.com and we’ll help.
Delivery timelines can be affected by events beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or local disruptions. We’ll still assist you as much as possible.
8Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos or video of:
  • The product damage
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
We will review and offer the best solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
9Policy Updates
